Vendor Application

Interested in having a booth at Lexington Vintage? Please read our requirements below. If you can adhere to all Lexington Vintage policies and expectations, we welcome you to submit a vendor application. Your application does not guarantee a booth. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and we will follow up with the status of your application.

If your application is accepted, we will provide a detailed Vendor Booth Agreement for your review and signature.

Lexington Vintage Booth Requirements & Expectations

  • Devote at least one day a week to physically working in your space.

  • Self-promote on social media with your own branding to bring in new customers into the store.

  • Consistently update, tag, price, arrange/hang, clean, and organize items.

  • Work at Lexington Vintage two Saturdays per year as a support staff volunteer.

  • Be open to constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality experience for Lexington Vintage shoppers and willing to adapt as demand changes.

Booth spaces are not rented on a first-come, first-assigned basis. We carefully consider space limitations, merchandise fit, earning potential, style, and the work ethic of the applicant.

Please fill out the application completely. You may upload photos of the types of merchandise you plan to sell. We also welcome Pinterest or “mood board” images of vintage booth spaces which inspire you. If you have any issues uploading photos, you may email them to LVATHENS@GMAIL.COM.
